Personal information.

Well , First of all my name is Shadi , im 17 years old and im from the scandinavian country Norway .
Been a World of Warcraft player for 3 years now and aiming to expand it even more .
My World of Warcraft experience started because of my cousin which introduced me to WoW the 27.12-06 and by playing one day at his account i was convinced to buy my own game and account and that's where my WoW career started , Made a Shaman and that's what i've been playing for all these years

As for my playing times .
I play mostly every day from when i come home at 16:00 ( My Timezone : GMT+1 ) until the late evening , when i apply to a guild raiding times have been considered and i have them set so it wont be a problem .
Monday until Sunday if needed .

My English , well i'll let you guys decide that based on my written application and maybe you'll see my spoken english on Vent later if im lucky ^^
Anyways i would say that it's understandable .

 

Character information.

At the moment im a Draenei , Faction change available 09.11.09 ( 8 days from now ) , but as i saw you are mostly considering your applications at sundays i thought i could give it a shot now

So if im accepted , im gonna be playing as an Orc Enhancement Shaman so that is what im applying as .

Offspecs ?
Well of course i know how to play them , but i wouldnt say that im skilled as Restoration or Elemental as i am in Enhancement , but a offspec Raid wouldnt hurt that much .
At the moment i dont have any Elemental gear , but i have a restoration off spec gear that is playable.

My Gem and Glyph choices , Well based on Theorycrafting , Forums and Simulation tests i've decided to Gem and Glyph the way im doing now , When my gear improves i will do a few tests on the Haste Gems to see how much they can benefit my DPS .

I know that my gear is a bit Outdated , but as i think my Raiding experience and skill is enough i hope that this wont be any problem .

This is my current UI .
AddOns of importance that is not in the picture would be BigWigs , Ora and Grid .
They are lined up nicely so they wont reduce my awareness of things like LavaWalls + ( You know the story )

As for keybindings i dont click any spells with my Mouse .
1 = SS
2 = LL
3 = ES
4 = CL
5 = FS
6 = Purge
Shift + 4 = LB
Macro button on Mouse = Wind Shear  ( okay , maybe one spell with my mouse then
That's the basic spells i use ,
Totems and Healing spells go from | Shift + | and CTRL + .

 

PvE experience.

As i started playing on a casual level i dont have any legendary fights like KJ of C'thun but ill tell you as much as i can .

TBC :

KZ / ZA - Cleared
Magtheridon / Gruul - Cleared
SSC / TK - Cleared except Raid End bosses .
MH / BT - Cleared MH , Up to council in BT .
SWP - None sadly : /

WotLK :

Naxx 10/25 - Cleared
Maly 10/25 - Cleared
OS 10/25 + 3D 10/25 - Cleared
Ulduar 10/25 - Cleared , Except Algalon
ToC - Cleared everything except Anub on 25 man , but i have watched friends do it and Videos etc so i know how the fight goes.

Ulduar Hardmodes 10 man -
XT - Flame Lev - Council - Hodir - Thorim - Freya +3  , and 2 tries on Algalon without succes .

Ulduar Hardmoes 25 man -
Council - Thorim - One Light - Ignis - XT - Kologarn - Hodir , and got mimirons part down to 13 % in phase 3 at the HardMode

 

Guild history.

In TBC i were in the Guild : Focus - Turalyon
Left that Guild because i weren't really much of a Hardcore raider at that time .
Were in lot's of other guild too on Turalyon at TBC but everyone of them was at a casual level .

In WotLK i Joined the Turalyon Guild Origin , a top 50 world Guild at TBC .
We were doing great clearing more and more every week , but the summer came and people took their vacations , and 4 core people left .
A new Guild Master was selected and disagreement spread within , so at the end of the summer the Guild Master decided to disband the guild and let the members go their own way .
A sad moment in my WoW history .

That's a bit why my gear is outdated , after Origin was disbanded i weren't really in the mood of finding a new guild so i took a break , but now again , WoW calls for me and that's why im here .

 

Connection and hardware.

My Computer is stable , i dont lag and usually runs a fps of 25 - 30 + in Raids .
My connection is also stable so i wont get random DC's etc

 

Why you?

Why you should recruit me , simply because im a player that never gives up and im a guy that strives to achieve the goals i set to myself .
Im a relient and and nice guy that knows what he's doing including being serious , focused and also always ready .
But of course i also have a nice side of me , i like to be social within the guild and im able to let myself loose and not always be so tense and stressed.

Im always updated of what's going on within the game , always trying to improve , learn , and just become a better player for every day that passes by .
Im the type of guy that makes a good impression if given a chance .

I keep myself mature and dont have any problems receiving any complaints about myself just as long as it doesnt get overboard , so all im all im a nice guy that can do a lot's of good things

 

Why AO?

Well im applying simply because of your experience and reputation , i actually swiped through your forums and noticed your needs of an Enhancement Shaman was High so i thought , what do i have too lose ?
I want to get into the Gaming aspect of the game again and i think Alius Orbis would be the perfect place to do so as you seem to be able to beat every challenge that you're set up against

Well i hope that it wasnt too boring too read , i just wanna include what i feel you should need to know about me , so i'll be waiting for a reply then and hope for a good answer .

hey friend, nicely written application, good ulduar hardmode exp, i got no clue about enhancement shamans only that as far as ive heard haste is the stat for enhance shamans, anyhow the gear is subpar but trophys etc go for alts and next to noone needs it so i have no doubt that gear will come quickly . my two cents

Yes i know Haste is the way to go at the moment , only that i would say my gear doenst make my Stats available for the Haste stacking yet , but i will as soon as it is upgraded and do a full research on it :)

You got any Wws loggs or anything showing your dps?

Sorry, i didnt include WWS reports for a reason and that reason is , because they are deleted.
Tried to find one of my WWS logs in my former guild but as they were a bit old , someone queued them for deletion .
So sorry for that :/

it seems my browser or something bugged the wow site for me when i checked it earlier today , now it says i have to wait until 9 november again , im very sorry for this misunderstanding , but ill be there at that day point if you still are willing to accept me into the guild .

Have you migrated recently?
If not, get in contact with a GM since they can most likely help you out and describe the situation/what happened to you.
Also, I think it's if you've tried to make a payment with a CC several times, and after like three tries it basicly locks you out for a short period.*
*Correct me if im wrong.

locks you out for like 48 hours if you attempt it to much then like 78 hours or something, been there done that!
